Rules Regulations For Admission

  1. The college offers admission on open merit to all male candidates who have passed the matriculation Examination and are eligible for admission under the rules of Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Peshawar.
  2. Application for admission should be submitted on prescribed forms contained in the College prospectus within stipulated period.
  3. An application will be considered complete only when the attested photocopies of following documents accompany the application form.
    1. Provisional Certificate
    2. Character Certificate from the head of institution last attended.
    3. Detailed Marks Certificate (2 Copies)
    4. ID Card of father (3 Copies)
    5. Passport Size Photographs
    6. Income certificate of Parents / Guardian.
    7. Migration Certificate (In Original) if passed from any Board other than Peshawar.
  1. An Application that has been completed by the students shall clearly indicate the course of study applied for & when it is submitted to the College office, a receipt will be issued for it.
  2. Dates of interviews for different categories shall be notified to the students by the office at the time of submission or forms.
  3. Application forms for both regular & private students shall be entertained in accordance with the rules & regulations of BISE Peshawar.
  4. Candidate who do not apply for admission in time or fail to appear for interview on the notified dates shall lose the right of admission.
  5. Selected candidate will be required to deposit admission fee & other dues within the prescribed time, failing which their selection will be cancelled.
  6. No Change of faculty is permitted after admission to the one applied for. However, change of subject within a given course of studies is allowed within two weeks of the commencement of classes.
  7. The students will abide by the status, rules and regulations promulgated from time to time by BISE Peshawar with regard to their curricular & disciplinary matters. They will, however, for all practical purposes be governed by rules and directions issued by the Principal.
  8. Late admission cases will be dealt in accordance with Board Rules.
  9. The Principal will constitute an Admission Committee consisting of senior members of the staff who will check and verify the entries made in the application forms & recommend for admission on the basis of merit.
  10. The admission Committee in accordance with the policy laid down will determine the criteria for admission and its decisions in the matter will be final.
  11. Students passing the Supplementary Examination in the year of admission shall not be admitted as regular students.
  12. Student who has failed in one or more subjects in S.S.C examination will not be admitted in First year in any group.
  13. Students placed in “E” grade in S.S.C examination will not be allowed admission in First Year in any group as a regular candidate.
  14. Candidate once admitted in the College cannot claim a refund of their dues/tuition fees.
  15. Students migrating from other provinces! Boards are required to submit migration certificate at the time of admission.
  16. Any change in admission rules made by the Government of N.W.F.P, whenever received will be applicable from that session onwards.
  17. Admission will be cancelled in the Following cases:
    1. If any information given by the student in his admission Form is found to be incorrect at any stage.
    2. If a student is absent for a week without any proper leave application the commencement of the session.
    3. If he has been expelled / struck off from an educational institution on disciplinary grounds or found to be a habitual agitator.
